Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in sales, business development, and leadership. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities at JUSTSTANDART, including sales strategy, business growth, and international client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, across the B2B landscape particularly in the marine sector, with a focus on super yacht builders in Turkey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and offers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Manage the logistics and scheduling of both national and international client meetings, global hq visits, and import-export coordination.
  • Represent the JUSTSTANDART brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years professional experience preferably in Sales and Business Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the luxury lifestyle, construction, automobile, electronics or marine industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Turkish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive.
  • Passion for modern living, design, and technology.
