Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project & Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for developing overall sales volume, sending sales offers, and managing ongoing B2B projects from purchasing to installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and client relations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase overall sales volume.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, marine industry professionals, and construction companies.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Prepare and send sales offers, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing B2B projects, including purchasing, import, and installation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Be ahead of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor project progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, project status, and market insights to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the architecture, marine industry, and construction sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
