Role Overview:

Are you a passionate brand ambassador and business leader? JUSTSTANDART is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Store Manager. You will be responsible for conveying the brand philosophy and values, driving overall store and sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

As our Store Manager, you will be the face of JUSTSTANDART, representing our brand philosophy and values to the local market, the store team, and our customers. You will drive overall store performance, achieve sales targets, and guarantee excellence in customer experience. Your leadership will inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and maximize commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Leading the Business:

  • Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
  • Propose and develop action plans based on performance analysis.
  • Represent JUSTSTANDART within the local market, attracting new customers and building loyal relationships.
  • Ensure the highest standard of approach and service to clients by being present on the sales floor.
  • Foster omni-channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to improve client relationships and achieve business goals.

2.    Client Development:

  • Place the client above all, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the team meets their needs.
  • Foster client relationships and ensure excellent client satisfaction through the Brand Selling Ceremony.
  • Seamlessly manage the store’s local VIPs, proposing tailored actions to develop their loyalty and spending.
  • Identify opportunities to gain new clients and increase store sales.

3.    Team Management:

  • Motivate and inspire the team through effective communication and a positive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships and enforce meaningful after-sales experiences.
  • Ensure strong cooperation between front and back of house to guarantee efficient operations.
  • Identify talents within the team and propose them for internal development opportunities.

4.    Boutique Care:

  • Lead by example to ensure the team operates with the highest level of care and respect for the product.
  • Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales, following company guidelines.
  • Guarantee effective and efficient care of company assets and enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a store manager or similar leadership role, preferably in retail or luxury/fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Business-driven mindset with a focus on achieving financial targets and maximizing sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for luxury/fashion, art, and design.
