Role Overview:

Are you passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee and providing exceptional guest experiences? Join our team at JUSTSTANDART as a Barista! We're looking for someone with a love for coffee and a dedication to delivering quality service in our Galataport Store.

As a Barista at JUSTSTANDART, you will engage with our guests during their visit, receive and serve orders, and ensure that our brand service standards are met to the highest quality. You'll be responsible for creating a range of beverages, including classic coffees and soft drinks, while maintaining a clean and tidy service area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reflect company’s philosophy and culture by providing legendary quality experiences to guests.
• Responsible for the setup and operation of a bar station/section.
• Provide services for guests, such as order taking and promoting entire curation of the store including luxury electronics, accessories and beyond.
• Receive orders and serve customer requests promptly and courteously.
• Create and serve a variety of beverages, including classic coffees, specialty drinks, cocktails and soft drinks.
• Manage the cashier and sales transactions.
• Assist the sales team with sales operations as required.
• Understand menu content, any changes, and promotional activities.
• Keep the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared for efficient operation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience within a coffee or bar environment is preferred.
• Previous experience as managing all cost & sales operations of a similar scale store.
• Ability to create coffee and other beverages with precision and consistency.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
