We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Superyacht Channel Sales Manager, overseeing our marine sales channel.

Role Overview:

As our Superyacht Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business from Turkish Superyacht industry to JUSTSTANDART. You will focus on selling audio, visual systems, smart automations, and entertainment systems to upscale marine clients, ensuring our products seamlessly integrate into their luxurious vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target the Superyacht industry and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the marine channel.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings and solutions to meet the unique needs of marine clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and offers, showcasing the value proposition of JUSTSTANDART products.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments in marine technology and industry regulations, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Represent the JUSTSTANDART lifestyle and values in all interactions, embodying sophistication and professionalism.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years sales experience, preferably in the marine industry, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Turkish and English, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events, boat shows, and client meetings as required.
  • Valid driving license with the ability to drive as needed.
